2010 LGS Golf Tournament and Entry/Sponsorship Forms

Hey everyone. I know we just finished our own LAPL Golf Tournament, which was a tremendous success (thanks Buster), but we've got another excuse to hit the links!
The Lafayette Geological Society's tournament is this Friday, May 7 at the Wetlands golf course. All the pertinent info is in the attached documents.
They've been a great support to LAPL causes in the past, so let's return the favor and have some fun doing it. It's also a great opportunity to network with our cousins in the industry.
